The Troop meets every Monday Night that school is in session from 7-8:30p in the Frontier Middle School commons. During the Summer when the school is closed, the Troop meets at an alternate location.
Boy Scout Troop 545 is a newer troop within the Columbia Gorge District of the Cascade Pacific Council. The Troop was formed in 2010 when other troops in the surrounding area began to reach unsustainable numbers. The Troop was started with just eight Webelos Cub Scouts, ages 11-12 years old, crossing over into Boy Scouting in the Spring of 2010. The Troop has grown rapidly each year and now has many scouts across varying ages and ranks.
The Troop is chartered by the Rotary Club of Lewis River, who also had been chartering Cub Scout Pack 545 for several years prior to the formation of the Troop.
